Product description: Grade-A vanilla beans, also known as ‘gourmet’ vanilla beans are fresh, plump, and supple with a rich and pleasant aroma of natural beans. They have a higher moisture content which makes them an ideal ingredient for your baking, cooking, and frozen desserts. They are the highest quality vanilla beans with 6+ inches in length.

These gourmet-grade vanilla beans are brown or slightly black with an oily surface and not split on the end. Our Grade-A gourmet vanilla beans are ethically sourced, grown and hand selected with the finest curing process and vacuum sealed to maintain their freshness & rich aroma.

Variety / Origin: Tahitian or Bourbon ( Planifolia) variety. Papua New Guinea origin.
