Product description: High moisture content, low length, oily, and dark beans with no splits on the end of the vanilla beans make them known as the Grade A gourmet vanilla beans with low length. It has about 27% moisture, 1.8-2.5% vanillin content, and around 5” (12+ cm) which makes it a chef-favorite baking ingredient.

Madagascan Vanilla beans (Grade A low length) are bursting with rich flavor and produces a standard amount of caviar for making homemade vanilla extract, cooking, or baking delectable recipes.

Variety / Origin: Tahitian or Bourbon ( Planifolia) variety. Papua New Guinea origin.
